Abstract:

Limited cycle theory is one of the effective tools to analyze the behaviour pattern of organization. The authors discussed the background of this research, and explained the outline of limit cycle theory. And the authors measured the organizational pattern and velocity history of all companies of the keiretsu of Mazda, Yokokai except Imasen Electric Industrial Co., Ltd, Hi-lex Corporation, and Tokai Corporation because of lack of data. The authors concluded this paper by indicating the weak point of limit cycle theory.
