Abstract:

The appearance of new informatics technologies and the necessity of efficient communication have brought first the society based on knowledge as a fundament of market integration and the
consolidation of social European model. The interest shown to the communication implicitly means implementation of some problems who will develop the integrated flow of linguistic information and technologies. The European idea is based on two inseparable exigencies: the universality of commune values and the diversity of cultural expressions. The linguistic diversity and the communication are integration and amortization means and our approach have the purpose to prove their economic, social and cultural efficiency.
