Abstract:

In the modern network, there is a lot of information transferred via it every minute. The highest amount of information transferred in networks was during the Coronavirus epidemic. Polish Office of Electronic Communications conducted research during the epidemic and usage of networks increased up to 140% compared to the same moment the year before the epidemic. This caused the worldwide request to the VOD services to lower the quality of their services and thus relieve the network load. This request was an effect of medical institutions’ need to use internet connection to fight the virus. This document shows how using the Network Scattering will cause Load Balancing and proposed the Prioritization method for high important messages.
