Abstract:

This paper presents the developments results of the Link-All European project mainly regarding the platform design and specification. The Link-All [1]platform includes tailored and integrated state-of-the-art IT tools to provide a range of key e-inclusion facilities strengthening the integration of local development activities. The strategic objective behind the Link-All project[2] is to help remote communities in Latin America to secure sustainable development based on the integration and promotion of activities in three targeted sector: crafts, eco-agro tourism and culture, with the assistance of advanced information and communication technologies (ICT).
