Los Videojuegos como Herramientas Educativas: Una Revisión de la Literatura Científica en los Últimos 6 Años

Abstract:

The present research aims to analyze the theoretical and empirical studies on the use of video games as educational tools in the last 6 years. For this, a systematic review of 70 articles was carried out, of which only 28 are aligned with the objective set. This information was obtained from 5 databases: EBSCO (Fuente Académica Premier, Academic Search Complete, Education Source, RACO Revistes Catalanes amb Accés Obert), ProQuest, Dialnet, Scielo and Redalyc. In the results, it was determined that the use of video games as educational tools improves teamwork, learning skills and languages. It is concluded that video games are good tools adopted by education to apply other methods in the teaching-learning process, develop early interest in computer science in adolescents, teamwork, improve the logic and creativity of students.
