Abstract:

We consider the development of ML methods in the field of protein modeling in the context of Big Data and blockchain. We use ML with training sets. For protein modeling, we propose to obtain training sets by digital generators based on Markov chains. Data are combined into a single network (cluster) to create a single information field for stakeholders based on blockchain technologies and Big Data.
