Nowadays you can face the myth “great manager or top-manager is a person, who is ready to work all day long 7 days per week, and he or she succeed in everything. It is hard to imagine the manager’s brain activity and how exhausting it is: phone calls, answering letters, tactical tasks, managing employees. But at the same time he or she doesn’t have time for hard projects, for example, strategic projects or strategic development.
