Abstract:
In the modern world, scientific and technological progress, technology rollout lead to rapid social and economic development. As a result, in recent decades, we can observe the global economic growth, deepening of integration processes, diffusion of innovations, etc. However, humanity has not reduced the number and scale of global challenges; but on the contrary, global issues expanded. For example, a wide range of environmental issues and a problem of ecological advancement have emerged. International terrorist and extremist actions have also become a world threat, and the situation is aggravated by the attempts of some states to divide the terrorists into ‘good’ and ‘bad’. As a result, over the past 20 years frequency and scale of terrorist activities in the world equate this issue with global warming, and fight against poverty and diseases.
