Management of Employees Influencing Organizational Performance in Five Stars Hotel Sector in Dubai

Abstract:

The Paper Explorer management of employees influencing organizational performance in five star hotel sector in Dubai In order to arrive for the result in factor analysis, we used the SPSS version 20 in analyzing  items of the Likert scale. The researchers used the social survey method to collect, classify and analyze data in order to reach conclusions that serve the objectives of the research, as the study was applied to workers in five-star hotels in Dubai, using the questionnaire as a tool to collect data that answers the study questions. To assess the reliability of the measurement items of all the variables, an internal consistency check was carried out.

The study found that from the correlation analysis revealed that organizational performance is positively related to the Management of Employees, and found that the Organizational systems and the structure  and Physical environment  affect the Management of Employees and also the Management of Employees affect to organization performance

Management of Employees is one of the strategies by organizations in the hotel sector to improve their performance. The most common and prevalent terms in management literature nowadays, Moreover, it has become one of the foundations of success and competition between organizations in terms of their ability to  motivate and also given the opportunity to participate in decision making processes.
