Abstract:
The market is constantly changing. The needs of consumers are also changing. Companies which are customer focused are extensively paying attention to the customer demand. As a result of enterprises are delivering new or improved goods/services. Their introduction is not possible without innovation and innovation management. Innovation management in enterprises is a process consisting of several phases. Planning innovative activities should become part of the strategic plan. For this reason it was researched whether innovations are part of the strategic plan in enterprises. Author also checked whether in companies a person who deals with innovation activities are employed or not. An important part of the article is to examine what benefits companies gain as a result of bringing in innovations.
