Abstract:

The current stage of development of industry and radical structural changes in the world economy can associate with changes in technological mode of production and increasing economic role of innovation. Development of industry in different countries is focused on existing resource capabilities and innovation potential. In countries with advanced market economies, there is focus on stimulation of innovative behavior of enterprises, and in countries with a mixed economy on the innovation policy. At the same time, and that in both cases the industry is a priority sector of innovation. Development of innovations in industry of developed countries should be focused on the modernization and implementation of technological innovations in the strategic management of the economy. The purpose of this paper is to study the innovative potential of the development of the industrial complex and the identification of opportunities of prospects of industrial modernization on the basis of an analysis of existing capacity development.
