Abstract:

The article is focused on management in public sector, specifically on the corporate governance of organizations in the founding competence of the Ministry of Education in the Slovak Republic. The article describes the current state and determinants affecting the way of their management and points out the optimization options in the corporate governance in organizations managed by the Ministry based on results of performed analyses.
