Abstract:

In the article, the structure and content of sports and pedagogical systems and their management in the conditions of an educational institution of higher education are disclosed on the basis of a system approach. The management is confirmed to be uniform in its functional composition and structure in various sports and pedagogical systems. According to V.A. Schegolev, O.V. Novoseltsev, it includes the following functions: goal definition, information, forecasting, decision making, performance management, communication, control and correction [1]. The process of managing sports work in the conditions of an educational institution of higher education is in the unity of all listed functions and the loss of any one or several links from the general functional architectonics significantly affects the final results of sports training of cadets.
