Abstract:

This work contributes to the development of the theory of the regional economy, expanding the theoretical understanding of development opportunities of interaction between corporate structures in the energy sector and local authorities within the crisis model of economic federalism. It also contributes to the methodological approaches to the problem of distribution of the municipal tax on excess incomes of physical persons on the basis of the standard dynamic programming method.
