Management of the Internal Transaction Sector of Large Integrated Structures

Abstract:

The authors of this article considered the main sectors of the internal environment of large integrated structures from the point of view of corporate management; presented the composition of the intracompany transaction sector by systematizing and summarizing the results of foreign and Russian studies; proposed two classifications of functional activities of employees of the transaction sector of the integrated structure and developed a matrix of corporate management of this sector. This matrix contains information on the results of management impacts that occur at each stage of the management process. Also the authors suggested the transaction analysis technique for assessing the staff labor remuneration efficiency at large integrated structures. The authors concluded that the construction of an integrated management system for the transaction sector is one of the mechanisms that increase the efficiency of the integrated structure. The article can be useful for the scientific community and specialists interested in the development of the corporate management system. In the future, the author will study and improve the theoretical aspects of the valuation of the intracompany transaction sector in the context of functional areas of activity.
