Management strategies in the context of expanding the transnational company

Abstract:

The globalization of the markets and the impressing rise of their dimensions cause the issue of more strategy patterns by which it is watching not only reducing the risk and uncertainty in businesses but also the adaptation of company to a continuous changing environment. At present, the companies are starting to resort to different cooperation strategies that were inconceirable within the traditional systems of economic development and in the conditions of national market prevailing. In this context, the work aims to emphasize the must spead strategy patterns at which the company having an international turn could make use during the penetration and development in the foreign market.
