Abstract:

The article aims to highlight the network approach to sustainable development and its application to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The network approach is illustrated with a case study of a medium-sized production company. Authors also focus on the SMEs characteristics and possible ways on how to implement sustainable development principles in SMEs strategic and operating activities.
