Abstract:

The objective of the article is to present management through individualisation, which supports effective attainment of business objectives. The created tool supports people who analyse internal needs of employees and teams, as well as helps translate this knowledge into effective management. The tool combines knowledge from various fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), management psychology and psychology of needs. The application is scientifically founded. It analyses employees’ needs and gives managers tips on how to manage individuals and teams. Consequently, it helps organisations to quickly and effectively attain their business objectives by applying an individual approach and new information techniques.
