Abstract:
The starting point for managerial reshaping of CNFR NAVROM Company is to enrich and modernize management tools. In CNFR NAVROM Company’s case, there is a trying of reshaping through management by objectives and management by budgets. During these, it will be used several methods and management techniques: delegation, diagnosis, decision-making methods with mathematical basis, the scoreboard and more. Using management by objectives management involves using the budget due to specific economic instruments that appeals - the budget.
