Managers Involved in the Development of Educational Institutions

Abstract:

In this article we present a pedagogical experiment that consisted in applying a questionnaire to school managers in Constanța (Romania).

According to the issues addressed, it is a psycho-pedagogical experiment, according to the number of variables it is a multivariate one, according to the purpose of the research it is a complex one, which includes ascertaining, training and verifying the results obtained.
