Abstract:

This paper aims to shed some light on various complexities or complications that may exist in Information Technology (IT) projects. This paper reexamines crucial complexities that affects IT projects and the complications or difficulties that IT project manager faces are a result. Various researches have studied on the area of IT projects, focusing on possible complexities or obstacles influencing the efficiency of IT projects managers in handing projects assigned. The purpose of this study is to present solutions that IT project managers can adopt in resolving the complexities.
