Abstract:

This document wants to describe, how is feasible to generate information from cars and people in movement in a city. Utilizing RFID technology along with a networked databases and information systems, it is possible to present a tracking and identifying system for vehicles and people in order to provide a complete traffic information system for a city. Providing real time information of the vehicle by using embedded RFID tags in the vehicle, driver´s license and license plates, in conjunction with a networked databases (FBI, Interpol, CIA and some local police databases) that may show the entirety of the information; with this technological integration is possible that government and law enforcement agencies can apply this technology in order to generate information to locate and solve traffic and security issues that might present themselves as problematic issues to the population.
