Abstract:

The complexity and the interconnection of business environments are often not easy analyzable by existing and well diffused strategic management tools available in literature and used in practice. The suggested model emerged during the analysis of the audiovisual archiving industry. Taking into account the actors , their positions and their ralations with a broad scope and long time horizon , the model shows a double view about how it can be transformed in the future. The application of the model to the case study shows some interesting inights and allows the discussion about the potential of the proposed framework .
