Abstract:
Marketing is the whole system of economic activities related to the programming, pricing, promotion, and distribution of products and services designed to meet consumers' current and potential needs. Marketing is a human activity that meets the needs and expectations through a process of exchange. Marketing is also the management process responsible for determining, anticipating and cost-effectively satisfying customer requirements. Marketing can also be a social and management process through which individuals or groups of individuals can get what they need by creating products and values.
