Abstract:
This article aims, by contributions of the authors, identifying the competences of the graduates of the master study programmes. The authors’ contributions focus on the definition of professional and transversal competences, the determining of the minimal performance standards for each competence in the domain of Industrial Engineering, by reference to the competences grid of bachelor's degree graduate programmes preceding the selected master study programme. In what follows, the authors set up the correlations between the professional and transverse competences built up in the case of Master study graduates, the curricula, the higher education disciplines and thecredits assigned to each discipline.
