Abstract:
MLOps is a rapidly evolving field where optimizing resource allocation has become a key challenge. This paper presents a mathematical model of an MLOps system and formulates the corresponding optimization problem. The model is structured into three layers—processes, components, and servers—that define the system's input data. Based on this structure, constraints and optimization criteria were established to enhance resource management. Finally, an objective function was proposed, whose minimization leads to improved system efficiency, reduced operational costs, and increased process reliability.
