Abstract:
The first reason to begin a research work for creating a reference model of enterprise process control (EntPC) systems was a need of such a model of integrated process management and direct control systems in which it would be possible to compare alternative decision making algorithms. So in the reference model of EntPC systems one can replace various alternative decision making or information processing algorithms without changing the structure of an enterprise management system as a whole. The hypothesis about generality of the EntPC theory says that each fragment of process management or control system, irrespective of trade and size of the enterprise, in which it is implemented, may be replaced, retaining all its functions and data, with a corresponding EntPC system, whose structure is the same as for the EntPC reference model. The study presents the mathematical model and algorithm of the MRP method as well as an example of MRP calculations. It demonstrates that the structure of MRP systems is conformable with the UML class diagram belonging to the EntPC reference model. Thus it shows the way of verification of the thesis about EntPC model generality
