Abstract:

The article addresses selected aspects of social policy aimed at ensuring the social security of society. It contains selected definitions of this field of science. It presents a catalogue of benefits of a material nature, focusing on family benefits, indicating the types of these benefits and the volume of funds allocated in recent years for their implementation. Finally, it signals what challenges the social security system is facing.
