Abstract:

Education in primary schools is one of the basic issues in society, and the effectiveness of schools and the extent of their impact on society is measured by the degree of teachers ’loyalty, love, attachment to school, and their desire to continue working in it. This is reflected in the increase in their level of creativity in displaying the scientific material and its delivery to students clearly, and this study aimed to identify the degree of organizational loyalty among teachers in the aleamid school for boys and girls and to identify the most important obstacles that lead to weak organizational loyalty.
