Abstract:

The problem of pedagogical and psychological influence on the formation of the labor collective of the organization on the use of one of the leading educators of the totalitarian Soviet regime, working on the upbringing of children without parents and living on the street, is considered.

Scientific and pedagogical techniques of teacher Anton Makarenko use the practice of many countries in the production pedagogy and management of the organization.

In the article, the authors reveal the peculiarities of the methodology of management of the scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical staff taking into account the creative achievements of Anton Makarenko and the main provisions of management. The educational features of the manager's influence on the team on the team and the role in this process of their own example and authority of the manager are considered.

The authors consider the main components of the educational function of the manager, the authors point out such as the unity of morality, the unity of words and affairs, internal culture, callous traditions of the collective, etc., which completely overlap with the methodology of educating an outstanding teacher. Special attention was paid to the organization and holding of pedagogical meetings and meetings.
