Mentoring as a Method of Staff Training

Abstract:

Mentoring is one of the traditional methods of training and one of the oldest knowledge transfer models in the history. For many years mentoring has been one of the important elements of training and forming the new staff of a company around the world, regardless of scale and kind of activity. First of all, mentoring is used to form the call of duty for executing professional duties, increase the responsibility for the given task. Being one of the traditional methods of personnel training mentoring is not new in the history of knowledge transfer models. The relevance of mentoring is explained by the fact that it is a convenient method of training new employees as it helps a new employee to adapt in the company in a short term.
