Abstract:

Optimization of the materials flow (OMF) is determined by the Adaptive Programmers Working (AWP) in the conditions of infinite duration capacity represents a simple problem from a heuristic viewpoint and a NP- complete problem from a mathematical programming view point. This problem is approached more or less in specialty research literature. The fact that it hasn’t been performed in an integral mathematic model can render the adaptive dynamic evolution of the materials flow from the semi-finished product to the final output product. This paper presents an algorithm hetaeristically of the optimization of materials flow which contentions four stages and which introduces new elements such as: flow matrix, flow levels, allocating degree of the flow level and others.
