Abstract:
Voluntary employee turnover is currently one of the key aspects of human resource management, especially in the context of talent management issues. The aim of this article is to present a new method for selecting retention tools in managing the process of voluntary employee turnover. To achieve this aim, the method of literature analysis (especially in relation to talent management) and the DEMATEL method of multi-criteria relational analysis were used. The article presents a synthetic review of the literature on voluntary employee turnover, with particular emphasis on the issue of retention. Next, the formal model of the DEMATEL relational analysis method is presented. In the last chapter, the method of selecting retention measures is demonstrated using an example of a selected enterprise, and the results are discussed.
