Methodical Bases Of The Process Approach To The Management Of Trading Company’s Business Processes

Abstract:

The innovative tecnologies of trade is a tool for creating a competitive environment, sales promotion, modernization of the management system. The process approach in the framework of innovation is applied by leading retailers. This is a global trend within the framework of constantly changing market conditions. Process management is a multidimensional concept, the introduction of which is accompanied by a long process of taking risks into account, choosing a modeling and design methodology, the specifics and scale of the company’s activities. The application of the process approach to business process management is an important aspect in the framework of the Russian state program “Scientific Technology Initiative” and a fundamental element of the ISO 9000 series of international standards. The article discusses the theoretical aspects of the process approach, examines the stages of trading company’s business processes.
