Abstract:

The purpose of the study is to develop methodological approaches to the formation of tools for ensuring the economic security of regional economic entities under the influence of external and internal threats.  The authors revealed the content of the concept of "tools for ensuring economic security of regional economic entities". The authors proposed a classification of tools for ensuring the economic security of regional economic entities, and also formed a model for selecting the appropriate tools. The use of methods of mathematical analysis, grouping, and expert survey allowed the authors to justify the practical significance of the author's classification of tools for ensuring economic security of regional economic entities (in the direction of impact) and to show the vector of practical application of the model for choosing the appropriate tools (on the example of the Krasnodar region).  It is proved that in order to choose the tools for ensuring the economic security of regional economic entities, it is necessary to monitor the economic security of the region, its threats, to review the existing programs for ensuring the economic security, to get acquainted with the implementation of the consolidated budget of the region for the last 3 years.
