Abstract:

This article proposes a methodology for quality assurance and quality management using the Rational Team Concert tool. The main objective is to make a methodological proposal based on the testing process according to ISTQB. Likewise, a description of the proposed methodology and its application is made, detailing all the phases and activities for its correct implementation. The methodology used was the bibliographic review, 12,540 articles related to the subject were found and 40 important articles were selected for our study.
