Abstract:

The article discusses the use of scenario analysis for the analysis of investment attractiveness. With the help of this analysis, a predictive assessment of the state of the organization is carried out with various variants of combinations of factors determining its activity. This method is also the most promising among the existing instruments of strategic economic analysis, since it allows providing the management of an economic entity with ready-made schemes of actions in case of changing conditions of its activity. Scenario analysis is used in decision making even without the support of modern software, purely on an intuitive level.
