Abstract:

In the article the authors propose multi-object approach to the logistics chain management, which is based on the distinction of two related management objects:  streaming business processes subsystem and subsystem of chain participants business interaction. This approach allows most fully take into account the specifics and complexity of the logistics chain as a control object.
A new object is defined - "streaming business process", and its model is presented. There is also presented a process logistics chain model which has different levels of detail. Highlighted detail levels allow us to determine the efficiency indicators of the supply chain, as well as its participants separately.
