Abstract:

The work was supported by Act 211 Government of the Russian Federation, contract № 02.A03.21.0011. Procedures of activity effectiveness assessment of technical potential restoration mechanism of agricultural production, crop sub complex in particular, are presented in the article. Such assessment in the authors’ opinion has to take into account territories’ zonation and in its turn lead to extraction of territorial-production clusters. For this purpose a complex of parameters is used, including parameter of grain farm technical potential. The developed methodology by authors is based on such methods as cluster analysis and farm’s strategic positions algorithm. It is possible to conduct the classification of multivariate observations. The classification is based on the approach of group's formation. Such approach is understood in the following way: attributing an observation unit to some group entails all the characteristics of its group. In this way scientifically proven groups-clusters are constructed and internal connections between observation units of one complex are singled out. The mentioned above corresponds to the distribution law of investigated series.
