Abstract:

At the current stage of economic development in Russia, against the background of the recent dramatic changes in industries in many countries that were traditionally owned and controlled by the government before, the government is trying to actively use new opportunities to solve strategically important tasks. One of the effective options for solving the tasks becomes the mechanism of attracting private capital through public private partnership. The article is devoted to the substantiation of the application of the mathematical apparatus of the theory of classical cooperative games to the distinguished tasks of public-private partnership management. The authors also proposed the construction of a game-theoretic mathematical model based on PPPs and developed specific concepts of solutions based on the theory of cooperative games, which allow analyzing PPP projects from the point of view of partnership management by state bodies.
