Abstract:
Тhe article describes the criteria for assessing the quality of services in the field of safety and health of workers, namely: services – the implementation of the functions of labour protection or outsourcing in the field of labour protection and services – a special assessment of labour conditions. Assessment of the quality of these types of services should be carried out taking into account the positions of the three parties of social partnership in the field of labour protection – from the position of the state, the employer and the employee. Тhe criteria for assessing the quality of two types of services in the field of safety and health are proposed: the implementation of the functions of the labour protection service and a special assessment of labour conditions. Based on the criteria developed indicators of quality of services, which are formalized and calculated using classical mathematical methods and allow to quantify the level of quality of services. Тhe issue of assessing the quality of services is one of the priorities in the development and improvement of the market of services in the field of safety and health. The proposed methods allow to evaluate the work of organizations accredited to provide services in the field of safety and health. The introduction of a system of state control over the quality of such services would make it possible to establish a more understandable system and quality interaction of all parties to the social partnership – the state, the employer and the employee.
