Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to analyze the migration phenomenon from Romania through the theories existing in literature and current reality. Although the term "phenomenon“ continues to be discussed about, my opinion is that, at least in the case of Romania, it is no longer about a phenomenon, but about a natural economic status. This article aims to establish a strategic model of the option of the individual to migrate in order to work abroad.
