Abstract:
The article considers the relevance of changes in the model of business management in construction due to changes in the external environment within the context of formation of digital economy. This article includes the analysis of approaches to the definition of business models in scientific literature and of the elements of different business models. The author analyzed the features of entrepreneurship in Russia in comparison with global trends, an assessment of statistical indicators of the effectiveness of business management was conducted. The features of business models in the construction industry were identified. The main types of business models for managing construction organizations are presented depending on the size and scope of organization activities. The levels of business management and basic management mechanisms were suggested.
