Modeling and Simulation of a Conveyor used in the Home Appliance Industry

Abstract:

In order to integrate into a system, the elements must be able to be organized jointly, in order to achieve an objective, so to attract and influence each other. The system analysis is based on the principle of system decomposition into subsystems, which allows the study of the connections between subsystems, in relation to the objectives of the system. The simulation process can also be presented in a linear structure, in which the model is a black box, and the control or manipulation is done by generating input sizes. The handling control is highlighted by the performance from the output. Simulation is a form of reality study that uses the model as a form of representation. A model is a description of certain behaviors of the system in order to predict a series of behaviors for sets of input sizes and perturbations. In order to obtain an easy-to-manipulate model, a series of elements acting on the system must be neglected, even if prior to this, even if this reduction does not exclude only insignificant elements, as would be ideal. A conveyor in a manufacturing system is a necessity, and if it is applied properly, correctly, the whole manufacturing process will be more productive, faster, cheaper, the relations between the positions will be automated, and the human factor being the one that will monitor the entire activity.
