Abstract:

The paper provides an review of knowledge about information dissemination in virtual social networks. It contains theoretical introduction of graph theory and an outline of social media. The topic raised in the work describes milestone in the communication between people.  Developing virtual social networks, despite their many advantages, are beginning to be used as weapons and tools that allow manipulation on a global scale. The use of information dissemination modeling allows to understand the diffusion mechanisms of information in social media.
