Abstract:

The paper reveals the content of the problem statement for modeling the processes of integration of innovation and investments for the growth of intellectual capital of innovation-active enterprises in the Russian economy with determining the conceptual provisions of the development of a special mechanism for motivating labor resources of the country to activate their innovation activities as a leading factor in the growth of intellectual capital. On this basis, the authors set the task of determining the algorithm of a functional growth of intellectual capital at the expense of two factors-arguments: innovations (x1) and investments (x2).
