Modelling a System’s Process for Control of Complex IS

Abstract:

The degree of complexity of Information Systems is a major factor and clearly can determine the method of control, report and validation. When we are dealing with complex Information Systems, which involve a period of two or three years and more than 15 persons, team success depends on how manage a team and are necessary flexible tools for data validation and data control. This research highlights the importance of control for complex IS, because we all know that a complex IS strictly implies intermediate levels of leadership and report. The major problem, which appears is that of assuring the quality and necessary resource allocation for the project success. All techniques and tools presented in the planning and control activities and projects implies the achievement in advance of a number of activities: enumeration of all the activities involved in the project, design the logical succession of the activities, estimating the length of each activity and realizing which of the activities involved can be done simultaneously.
