Abstract:
The objective of this article is determining the adjustment degree of the "SM emprende" model formulated by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (CIE) of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM) to the measurement of the typology of the entrepreneur in the latent variables of aptitude and attitude. This is an explanatory descriptive research, the data were collected in a sample of 140 program participants using a Likert scale questionnaire, multivariate analysis was used for data processing through the confirmatory factor analysis tool. The main conclusion of this article is that the proposed model adequately adjusts to the typology of the entrepreneur since it combines both quantitative and qualitative aspects, however, the possibility of improving this model through modifications based on the theory that supports it is not ruled out. This research is applicable to business incubators as it provides them a basis on which they can structure their programs and measure the results obtained. This article is original because it focuses the root of any entrepreneur training program and its value is in that it allows a better identification of what needs to be measured in order to determine the success or not of these programs.
