Abstract:

This paper is trying to present theoretical and practical aspects regarding Public Private Projects at EU level. In the theoretical approaches regarding public-private partnership detailed forms of public-private partnerships. the main characteristics of concession-based public-private partnerships and the Romanian legislation on public-private partnerships.

The methodology that we used combines quantitative methods with qualitative research. We have analiyed he alococated amonts between 2020- 2023, and forcasted  2024 2027 period. We identified also Public private parthershis for the mos important domains. It was made ​​detailed examples of public private partnerships in Romania.

Practical aspects from the paper is detaling the PPP’ s between 2020 2023 and haw public private projects are distributed at European level. In 2020, there were 160 public-private partnerships unde development. The mos important Public-private projects under development domains  in 2023 are in enviroment, transport,  education projects education. The practical part will be represented by the analysis of public-private partnerships developed in Romania

We have create 7 types of models for public–private partnerships like traditional public-private partnership model.,  construction and maintenance public-private partnership model., model of public-private partnership design – construction, design - build - operate public-private partnership model, finance - design - build public-private partnership model.  We forecasted  Public Private Projects  between 2024 2027 for each domain.
