Abstract:

Given that Romania is in the process of economic development, we can state, without any doubt, that all the aspects that characterize our country are in the development phase, including the one related to the technological progress. In order for technological progress in public administration to exist and take place at the optimal parameters, a high level of personal interest is required for advanced technologies, dedication and patience, but, most importantly, financial support is needed. Good governance means, alongside action, a vision. Through this paper we try to identify the best models of change, as they are found in the mainstream of literature and see if it can be adapted to the present reality, knowing that the economic, social or political issues of yesterday are found in a " a different form today, but yesterday's solutions can no longer be used. We also have not neglected the fact that good governance is valid over time and the sustainability of governance is given and environmental concern.
